PSE 2020

The 17th International Conference on Plasma Surface Engineering (PSE) will be held from Sep 6 to 11, 2020 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.

PSE is a well-established and leading forum providing an opportunity to present recent progress in R&D and industrial applications in the field of plasma, ion- and particle-beam assisted surface engineering and thin film technologies. Its scope ranges from fundamental to experimental studies establishing relationships between process parameters and structural and functional properties of modified surfaces and/or thin films, towards the application in industrial production.
